Shipping

Orders totaling $99.00 or more receive free shipping; orders under $99.00 incur a flat $8.00 shipping fee. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 3–5 business days after shipment.

Taxes

Product prices include all applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy governs all returns. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns; Oakspar covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us, though we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment; standard return procedures apply.
