Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In original packaging with all tags and labels attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned. If no such restrictions apply to your purchase, standard return terms apply.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@oakspar.com or call +1 (718) 668-5397 during business hours. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Oakspar will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label

Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, and cover the return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
