Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs

Orders totaling $99.00 or more: Free standard shipping

Orders under $99.00: Flat rate of $8.00

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST) will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1–3 business days) plus transit time (3–5 business days).

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this information to monitor your package's progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Cancellations Before Shipment

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@oakspar.com or +1 (718) 668-5397. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.

Cancellations After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once you receive it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oakspar.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly, which may include a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Oakspar.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays but will assist in tracking your package if issues arise.
