Shipping Questions

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Orders totaling $99.00 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders under $99.00 have a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is typically 4–8 business days from order placement.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers depending on your location.

Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@oakspar.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For standard returns (change of mind, sizing issues), the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Oakspar covers return shipping.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

Q: Are original shipping fees refundable?
A: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Payment Questions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Q: When will I be charged?
A: Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.

Q: Do prices include taxes?
A: Yes, all prices displayed include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.

Order Questions

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@oakspar.com or +1 (718) 668-5397. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before shipment, but cannot guarantee it once processing has begun. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Q: What is the order cutoff time?
A: Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
