Warranty Coverage

Oakspar stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

If your product arrives defective or non-functional, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To file a DOA claim:

Provide your order number and description of the issue

Include clear photos showing the defect or damage

We will review your claim promptly and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the defective item

Full refund, including original shipping costs

Store credit for the purchase amount

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care

Normal wear and tear

Damage from accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is"

Damage occurring during return shipment (unless we provided the return label)

Provide your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review your claim and provide instructions for resolution.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims, Oakspar will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.

Resolution Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved warranty claims will be resolved within 10 business days through replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is your exclusive remedy. To the extent permitted by law, Oakspar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.
