Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oakspar.com or +1 (718) 668-5397. We will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation request.
However, please note:
Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are processed the next business day
We do not process orders on weekends or federal holidays
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you have two options:
Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver the package
Accept delivery and initiate a return following our Returns & Refund Policy
Return Process for Shipped Orders
If you need to return an item that has already shipped, you may do so within 30 days of delivery according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Please note that for standard returns (non-defective items), you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
